Our name is a reflection of the people who mean the most to us. 'Gray' comes from my oldest son, Grayson, and 'Lake' from my daughter, Elizabeth Lake. Our logo is a tribute to my youngest daughter, Rose, a symbol of the care and dedication we bring to everything we do.
